We have seen fit to increase our hygiene and healthcare investigations given the priority it holds in people’s concerns. Thus we have added a section entitled “healthcare” the editorship of which has been entrusted to a most skilful practitioner with a fine journalistic pen. The industrial art section will offer substantial papers designed to give full cover to local manufacturing and the potential improvement thereof, the whole supplemented with illustrations helping to clarify the purpose. We shall also make frequent mention of agricultural discoveries and trial results. The features dedicated to debates and mathematics will remain open to writers and mathematicians’ interventions
