Oh soul, quit your own will,

Return within yourself and be silent.

In the depths of your soul, God is close.

He who loses all, there, he finds Him.

God is very close, He is in you: Do not look any further for Him!

God is God in our hearts – he loves to give himself to hearts.

Turn around! Go back within yourself! By God alone will you be fulfilled!

Abandon to Him your person and your goods and let Him do as he wills with them!

What you do, do for Him! Do not pay any regard to your person, nor your works.
